Return and Refund

We're so sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the wallets you received, and we gladly accept returns within 99 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Return step

- Please contact us via and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. For defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem, this will help us with the return process.

- After receiving and checking your return mail, we will send you an email, upon receipt of our return instructions, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.

- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you selected.


Return &Exchanges Policy

- You have 99 days to decide if an item is right for you, If 99 days have passed since you have accepted the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

- Shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

-Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

-Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.

Return Processing

Track your return and wait for your return to reach our warehouse. We will process your return within 7-10 business days after we have inspected it.​ After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please reach out to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

-Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Change / Cancel Order

-If you want to cancel the order after placing the order, please contact us in time. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we will not accept order cancellation requests.

-If you enter the incorrect address or contact information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.


Return Address

Please contact us if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
