  • What is RFID and how does a wallet prevent RFID?  Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the use of radio waves to read and capture information stored on object tags. Tags can be read from several feet away and do not need to be in direct line of sight of the reader being used to track them. All our wallets have two aluminum inner plates to block RFID.
  • How many cards can the Cprot wallet hold at most? Cprot wallet can hold up to 3 cards at most.
  • What is the weight of each wallet? The Cprot wallet forged from carbon fiber and woven carbon fiber weighs 1.69 and 1.62 ounces respectively, making it convenient to carry and easy to slip into the front pocket or backpack.
  • What are the dimensions of the Cprot wallet? The dimensions of the Cprot wallet forged from carbon fiber and woven carbon fiber are 3.72 *2.22 *0.31 inches and 3.72*2.22*0.29 inches respectively.
  • What is the difference between forged carbon fiber and woven carbon fiber? Forged carbon fiber and woven carbon fiber are two different manufacturing processes. Forged carbon fiber involves stacking layers of carbon fiber cloth together, then heating and compressing them at high temperature and pressure to form a solid structure. This method can provide high strength and stiffness and is typically used to manufacture components that need to withstand large forces and impacts. Woven carbon fiber, on the other hand, is produced by weaving carbon fibers into a fabric or mesh structure. This woven structure offers good flexibility and durability and is often used to manufacture lightweight products such as sporting goods, automotive components, and aerospace applications.
  • Is there a risk of my cards being damaged? The internal surface of the Cprot Wallet is smooth, ensuring that there are no issues when sliding cards in and out. Over time, slight signs of wear may appear depending on the quality of the cards, but this will not affect the functionality of the cards.

About Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we provide free shipping within the United States.
  • How long after placing an order will it be shipped? All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on any of these days, your package will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
  • How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track your order until it is delivered.
  • Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we only ship to the United States, but we may expand to more countries or regions in the future.
  • What if I haven't received my order? Weather, public holidays, transportation peak seasons, and incorrect delivery information may delay the delivery of your order. If you are concerned about significant delays or loss of your package and are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our support team through our contact form.

About Warranty

  • What is Cprot's warranty policy? Quality control is one of our top priorities, and wallets purchased from the CprotWallet website and Amazon are covered by a 2-year warranty policy.
  • What does the 2-year warranty cover? CprotWallet guarantees that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects and will perform as expected within the product's lifespan. Your lifetime warranty will cover manufacturing defects, failures, or damages that render part or all of the product unusable, excluding cosmetic imperfections, scratches, stains, or wear and tear, faults or damages caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional damage, loss or theft of items, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
  • How do I file a warranty claim? Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page and provide the following information: photos of the damaged parts and/or wallet or accessories, order number, name, full address (street number/name, city, state, zip code), email address.

About Return&Refund

  • How long after placing an order can I cancel it? If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once the order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel it. You can contact us for returns after receiving your order.
  • How do I return a product? Please contact us at support@cprotwallet.com and provide a detailed description of the issue, including the reason for the return, your order number, and the product name. For items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem, which will help us process the return process. For details, please refer to the returns page.
  • Do I need to pay return shipping fees? Yes, any return shipping fees for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • How long will it take for me to receive a refund? Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used by the purchaser. Refunds usually take 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Which items are not eligible for return? Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned. All returns must be unused and in the condition you received them.
